Creating A Solid Routine

Routines are the best thing we can do for our minds, bodies and soul. Having a routine suited to your lifestyle makes you more productive- thus, your successes will grow.
Of course, a routine is different for everyone but with a few people I have helped set up their routines to start their day have come to say how much of a change they feel in their day-to-day life, feeling more aware, productive and happy.

Building Confidence

In the past few months, I have been hearing a word to describe myself by people I know or meet, and that word has been “confident.” I never was one to think of myself as a confident person, so to keep hearing this made me step back and see how much I have been embracing that confidence.
Coming from having no confidence in myself, always worried about my looks, or If I was doing something right, wondering if I was letting someone down? I just had a lack of self-confidence, and it was one of the main factors as to why I had such a negative mindset.
Gathering confidence in my self or the task I was involved in or relationships in my life I was in was my first step to learning to love myself and respect myself.

My 5 Non-Negotiables

I have really been focusing on energy lately, what motivates me, what keeps me productive, what minimizes my anxiety, what makes me happy. It is SO easy for me to become distracted, unmotivated, overwhelmed and I would feel like I was trapped in a bubble but could still see the outside world so clearly. I hired a coach to help me stay on track and my head clear from negativity. It’s true what they say… when you feel better you have more energy, confidence and happiness.
