Friday Favourites-Hair Care

This edition of Friday Favourites I wanted to talk hair care! For as long as I Can remember my hair has been my number one feature that I cared the most about and received the most comments about. I started bleaching the life out of my hair when I was about 17 years old and at that time I was going the second the tiniest bit of root showed ( around once a month)! So least to say I had my share of damaged hair. Redken’s Anti- snap has been my favourite leave-in treatment for 10 + years and part of the reason my hair doesn’t just break off.

Puppy Love

Puppy Love

Time has flown by since November 22, the day we got Miss Harley-Quinn. She is 7 months old now and growing into such a beautiful girl, it is actually a bit heartbreaking to watch how fast she is growing but so rewarding at the same time. They would start off simple like work out, but then i would add a new workout i saw on youtube or instagram of someone at a much advanced level and never ended up actually working out for me or my body.

A New Chapter

Where have the past few months gone?
Honestly, it has been a blur. I started a new job/career in September and have taken on many more responsibilities leaving me struggling to find a balance in life.
Work Work Work was all I knew to do and never was able to find time for myself.
I Started to actually get a little down about this as a balanced life was what I have been working towards the past year.
I took some time to step back ( again) and really pay attention to my self-care.
I started to make more time for myself and re-read a lot of my previous posts to really kick me into gear.
Right as I was starting to get the hang of living a balanced life of work and play, we decided to throw a puppy into the picture.
